Fujitsu Computer Factory – Phase 1 & 2
Repaired the roof of an utility building in Phase 1 and waterproof the roof of the canteen building in Phase 2.
Before Xypex was applied, the existing mortar topping was removed. Cracks were repaired and a two-coat system of Xypex Concentrate and Modified was then applied. A new protective mortar was then placed over the Xypex application.One coat of Concentrate was applied to the bathroom floors and other floor slabs in this factory.
Total area treated for both phases was about 298 m2 and completed in August and November of 1997, respectively. The main contractor is Hazama Corporation.
