Japanese Consulate – Residence
Repaired an old concrete roof and gutters where repeated repairs with membrane system were unsuccessful. All existing mortar and membranes were removed and a two-coat application of Xypex Concentrate and Modified was applied over the concrete roof. A protection mortar topping was then applied over the Xypex coating. Total area treated was 60 m2 and completed in June, The main contractor is Hazama Corporation.
